IMDIS 2024 conference: submit your abstract before November 23!
Every 3 years, the IMDIS conference cycle brings together different communities working in the fields of information technology, marine data management, oceanographic research, environmental protection and more. The aim is to provide an overview of information systems serving marine data users, and to present recent developments in terms of infrastructures.
IMDIS 2024, the 8th International Conference on Marine Data and Associated Information Systems, will be held at the Scandic Bergen City Hotel in Bergen (Norway), from May 27 to 29, 2024.

It is organized into 4 plenary sessions dealing with :
- Services and tools for marine data
- Technical developments for marine data and information management
- Marine data infrastructures for observation data (data management and access)
- Products based on marine data

The conference is co-organized by IMR and Ifremer with the support of AISBL_SeaDataNet, MARIS, MEDIN, NOC, OGS, IOC/IODE and the European projects BlueCloud2026 and iMAGINE.
Abstract submission (maximum 2 pages, for oral presentation or poster) is online on the EasyChair platform until November 23, 2023.
